On film, he directed the acclaimed documentary feature, Tim’s Vermeer, which was released in theaters by Sony Pictures Classics. The film, which was shortlisted for the Oscars and nominated for a BAFTA, follows the journey of Texas inventor Tim Jenison and his quest to solve the mystery behind the technique of 17th Century Dutch Master Johannes Vermeer. Teller makes his home in Las Vegas where he is active in local organizations such as AFAN (Aid for AIDS Nevada) and Opportunity Village.
