Storytellers, we’re making our way north!
We’re very excited to announce that we’ll be starting a new StorySLAM series in Vermont. The Moth StorySLAM is where everyday folks tell their stories. Heroes and hooligans, grandpas and undergrads, teachers, truck drivers, doctors or dog walkers… the people of Vermont!
The Vermont Moth StorySLAM will launch on Tuesday, March 18th at The Skinny Pancake and will continue throughout the season with support from VPR. The theme will be FIRSTS.

Happy 2014, storytellers! We’re so happy to see a new StorySLAM take root and some older ones fully blossom.
First, we’re VERY excited to announce that we’ll be starting a brand new StorySLAM in the city of brotherly love, Philadelphia. The Moth StorySLAM is a showcase for true stories from everyday folks. This past Monday, we held our first ever High School Grand Slam, featuring ten high school students from around New York City. George Dawes Green, our founder, reflects on the night. The first name called was Willa.
