Ms. Primah Kwagala is a human rights lawyer and Founding Director of the Women’s Probono Initiative (WPI), an organization she founded to provide access to justice for vulnerable women and girls who cannot otherwise afford it in Uganda. Primah honed her legal and human rights skills at the Universities of Makerere Uganda; Columbia in the USA; Pretoria in South Africa, and has a Diploma in legal practice from the Law Development Center in Kampala. Primah represents women suffering violence and abuse. In 2019 she led groundbreaking work in the area of human trafficking, helping a family retrieve the body of their daughter who had been trafficked to the Middle East as a domestic worker. Ms. Kwagala is the 2020 recipient of the French and German Élysée Treaty Peace and Reconciliation Award.

Masooma Ranalvi is a Law Graduate from Mumbai, India, and a Chevening Scholar, with a Diploma on Women in Leadership and Management from the University of Bradford, U K. She currently works as a trainer on issues of gender and sexual harassment and is a social activist. In 2015, she took the bold step to be vocal about her views on the practice on FGM, and how having been a victim of the practice when she was young, it impacted her deeply. She mobilized support to start debate and discussion over the taboo issue in her community. She founded an organization called WeSpeakOut, the largest survivor led platform working against FGM in India and the world.

KATERINA LYUBLIN was born in Kharkiv, Ukraine. Her family left USSR as refugees and settled in Michigan, United States in 1989. After graduating from High School she got her Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management at Wayne State University. Now Katerina works for General Motors as Mobility Solutions Architect. In her spare time, she loves to travel, paint, read and spend a lot of time with her family and friends.
