A once-upon-a-time journalist, Kevin McDonnell has been writing stories in one form or another for over two decades. In 2012 he released his debut book, Getting A Nasty Shock, which lifted the lid on gang culture in his hometown of Bradford. His first produced screenplay was shown at the elegant and historic Hyde Park Picture House in Leeds. He's also had short stories broadcast on BBC Radio.
