The Moth's Diversity and Inclusion Committee works to ensure that The Moth's actions and policies reflect its promise to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout its storytellers, audience, staff, hosts, musicians, partners, donors, board members and instructors; and to identify and dismantle issues around race, sexual identity, class, size, gender, and ability. In support of The Moth's mission, the DAIC serves as a steward of empathy by providing a safe/brave space to reflect on and improve the direction of The Moth through actionable guidance and thought-leadership.
