Roy Choi

Roy Choi was born in Seoul, South Korea and raised in southern California. Roy became known as the Godfather of the food-truck movement after he found success with his Korean taco truck, KOGI which is famous for mixing Mexican and Korean flavors and dishes.  His book LA SON: My Life, My City, My Food has more stories and recipes that have influenced his life and his cooking style.
