Lauren Weedman is an award-winning comedic actress, playwright, and author. A former correspondent for “The Daily Show, " she has also appeared on all sorts of other respectable TV shows with titles like "HUNG," “Two Broke Girls" and was nominated for a Critic’s Choice Award for HBO’s “Looking.” She’s been in a variety of films and has created nine solo plays, including “Bust” for which she was awarded a Macdowell Fellowship for playwriting.
