Lamar Sloss is a business college graduate from Tennessee currently operating Fromagio’s Artisan Cheese in Anchorage. He has been working in the culinary industry for over ten years now but still considers himself a student of the craft. Before acquiring Fromagio's, Lamar operated a crepe catering company that hosted popup events at local breweries and coffee shops utilizing as much local ingredients possible to combat Alaska’s food insecurities. He and his wife, Samantha, have three children.
