In November of 2021, The Moth teamed up with Glassdoor to inspire our communities with stories from the workplace about knowing your worth. We featured existing Moth stories and also invited our audience to share their own stories with us via social media.

The Moth and Glassdoor created a custom playlist of stories to inspire listeners to know their worth. It focused on stories of work, self and perseverance.

STORY LICENSING

These same stories were then shared on glassdoor.com and licensed for up to one (1) year to promote across their social channels. This introduced Moth-style storytelling to a new audience and allowed Glassdoor to illustrate transparency in the workplace through storytelling.

FIRST LINE PROMPT SERIES

We also invited our audience to share their own stories about work through our First Line Prompt Series on The Mothโ€™s social media channels. .
