Ann Daniels is a world record holder and one of Britain’s leading female explorers. Described by The Daily Telegraph as one of the top 20 Great British Adventurers of all times she is regularly asked to speak on leadership, motivation and planning for success. She is a Polar guide and the only leader of all three Catlin Arctic surveys. Her achievements have been recognised by many bodies including the Guinness book of records, The Pride of Britain Awards, The Foreign Office and the Women of the Year Awards. She has appeared on t.v. and radio and along with bringing up her four children.
Victor Levenstein was born in the Soviet Union in 1922. He immigrated with his family to the USA in 1980 and at the age of 58 started a successful career in the new country. He worked at Jeffey-Dresser in Columbus Ohio from 1980 until 2003, designing underground mining machinery and receiving three American patents. After retiring from the engineering job, Victor wrote and published two books in Russian: Thirteen Nasty Little Snakes and the recently published The Case of Stalin's Assassins. He lives in Columbus Ohio with his wife of 61 years, Dora. His son Matvey Levenstein and daughter-in-law Lisa Yuskavage are both artists living in New York City.

Karan Chopra grew up in Ghana and is now helping the nation’s poorest farmers reap higher profits. GADCO, which he cofounded, is now Ghana’s largest producer of rice; the farm loops in 1,000 impoverished local farmers, providing seeds and fertilizer, buying their crops and selling them in a global supply chain. The efficiencies possible in a large farm allow GADCO to add profit to the farmers’ bottom line. Karan previously worked as a strategy consultant with McKinsey & Company where he was awarded the Social Sector Fellowship and focused on market-based and scalable solutions for broad-based economic development. Karan received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School with high distinction graduating as a Baker Scholar. He was also named in the list of 2014 Forbes 30 under 30 Social Entrepreneurs by Forbes magazine.
