The Moth and lululemon are coming together to celebrate Pride. This year, Pride looks different than it has in past years. We have replaced in-person celebrations with phone calls and Zoom parties to protect loved ones and strangers from Covid-19. We have replaced parades with protests to demand social justice that is long overdue. This year we have demonstrated our Pride by raising our voices. To help inspire a sense of community, togetherness and empowerment, we present Proud & Present: Stories of Pride. This playlist features Moth stories not just from members of the LGBTQ+ community, but from Black storytellers within that community. Because at The Moth we believe that until we have created a world that is safe, free and equal for everyone, Pride is also a work in progress.
