Vivian Yoon is a Korean American writer and performer from Los Angeles. Her background is in improv and sketch comedy, and pre-pandemic she performed at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater on Harold Night. She has previously written on shows for Netflix and Amazon, and is currently developing an original series idea that was the subject of a bidding war between two major studios. Vivian is also the writer and host of the podcast K-Pop Dreaming (LAist Studios), a limited series that explores what the music reveals about the history of Korea and the Korean American community in Los Angeles.
