Pedro Haro has a Master's degree in Public Health from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and is the Executive Director of a nonprofit in Honolulu. He was born in Mexico and grew in Lahaina, Maui, where attended the oldest high school west of the Rockies, Lahainaluna High. Pedro has worked his entire adult life bringing public health programs to life in Hawaii in a variety of issues, including for tobacco control, domestic violence, sexual assault, elder care, and lung disease. As a hobby, he’s a novice actor and singer, appearing on local stages and having credits on such projects as Disney’s Jungle Cruise, Netflix’ Triple Frontier, and as a co-star on Hawaii Five-O. He and his husband, Troy, have a terrier-mix dog named Minnie Pearl, who is infinitely spoiled.
