Antoinette-Marie Williams, born and raised in New York’s “Big Apple,” moves around the city, and travels the world on and with her “Ferrari” motorized scooter. Her passions are advocating for the rights of people with disabilities and elders. She received a NYC Comptroller’s Office Community Service Award.
