StorySLAM tickets go on sale 1 week before the event at 3pm EST.
GrandSLAM tickets go on sale at least four weeks in advance. Join our mailing list for notification for when tickets go on sale.
StorySLAMs outside the U.S. go on sale the third Thursday of the month prior to the show.

Moth Events

Mainstage

Curated events featuring five tellers who develop and shape their stories with our directors. Beyond theater, The Moth Mainstage is a community where entertainment and enlightenment merge.

StorySLAM

Open-mic storytelling competitions. Open to anyone with a five-minute story to share on the night’s theme. Come tell a story, or just enjoy the show!

GrandSLAM

After ten StorySLAMs in a city, the winners then compete for the title of GrandSLAM Champion with a brand new story. This is the ultimate battle of wits and words.

Special Events

Each year The Moth presents two benefits featuring a special show and party: The Moth Ball and the Moth Members' Show.

Education

Featuring high school and college students who have participated in Moth workshops in their schools.

Community

Showcases of storytellers from a wide range of populations, community organizations and non-profits.
