The Moth StorySLAM is an open-mic storytelling competition in which anyone can share a true, personal, 5-minute story on the night's theme. Sign up for a chance to tell a story or sit back and enjoy the show! Tonight’s theme is…

TRADITIONS: Prepare a five-minute story about birthrights and rituals, customs and lore from those who came before. Birthrights and rituals, Friday night football or family FaceTime each Sunday. Bar mitzvahs or Quinceañeras, first piercings or tattoos. Dim sum on Christmas. The seven principles of Kwanzaa. Friendsgiving feast, or being a balloon handler at New Rochelle's Thanksgiving parade. Rites of passage that are dreaded or adored. Sometimes traditions are both!

Doors Open: 6:30 PM

Show Starts: 7:00 PM

Seating is not guaranteed and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please be sure to arrive at least 10 minutes before the show. Admission is not guaranteed for late arrivals.
