Rashaunda M. Tyson is from Hartford, CT. She joined the New York City Teaching Fellows program, which enabled her to receive a master's degree in secondary education from St. John's University. Rashaunda recently participated in The Moth workshop at her former place of employment, Bronx Preparatory High School.
