MothSHOP Community Education Program | Volunteer
The MothSHOP Community Education Program offers storytelling workshops to high school students and adults in underserved communities throughout New York City.
Utilizing the same techniques used in both the Mainstage series and corporate workshops, our team helps the participants develop and deliver their own stories, culminating in a final show where each graduate delivers a five minute story in front of their friends, family and community members.
Beyond just telling their story, both teen and adult MothSHOP graduates often experience a process of personal transformation, discovering that developing, sharing and hearing personal stories:

If you would like to volunteer your time please join our mailing list and we will email you when we need some help.
